I would like confirmation for a Honda 50cc NVS 2003; VIN 7A88GAF1103094990. Whether this is classified to be registered in New Zealand, as a moped or a motor cycle?

I am always impressed with the Yamaya Aoyama staff. They are courteous, polite and extremely professional. I asked a week or so ago about their Coconut/Almond unsweetened milk. They were sold out, But today when I went to buy my favorite wine, The fellow that works there said "Oh, by the way I was able to get some of your coconut/almond milk..We have 10 in stick and will not get more until April"!!! How amazing is that. SAUGA NIPPON!
