There must be a severe flaw in your determination algorithm for "nearby cities. "Nearby cities Shizuoka, Nikko, Hamamatsu" is close to being complete nonsense. The closest cities to Tokyo are Kawasaki, Yokohama, Omiya and Chiba. Each of them is far bigger than the three mentioned cities. They all have common borders with Tokyo whereas Shizuoka, Nikko, Hamamatsu are all more than 150 km away.

I booked my car via MCB Bank, PanoAkil, Sindh branch (Paksitan) on 7th June with following specifications Name: Mumtaz Ali s/o Bahadur Ali NIC: 45501-1255059-3 Booking date: 07-06-2015 Model: Honda City 2015 I was informed that process will take 35 days at max to get me the booked car. Since its been 54th day today 'm still waiting for my car and the worst thing that I could have ever expected is the response of aforementioned show room. They don't bother to answer my calls. I'm trying them for weeks and no one just respond. Things usually may get delayed for any reason but I hold the right to get the status update of my car that how far is it to get it. Simply no response makes me feel and think badly of company itself. I experience worst of what it could be in customer service I have ever experienced irrespective of where and with whom I deal. I expect a quick and immediate response on the current status of my car.
